AI automation you can put to work this quarter.

Voice agents that answer and book, follow-up that runs itself, and back-office work your team stops redoing, built into the systems you already have.

Connecting real AI to the way your business actually runs.

Six pieces, one system. Each one plugs into the same pipeline instead of sitting beside it.

It picks up and books them in, instead of voicemail.

Cold, booked, no-show and win-back, on their own.

You are losing ten hours a week to work AI already handles.

Then there is what it costs you
at the front of the business.

Most of it is unglamorous. Answering the same questions, confirming appointments, chasing people who did not reply, moving information between systems that do not talk. The businesses getting those hours back are not running experiments. They automated the parts of the day that never needed a person.

01

The call comes when nobody is there

Evenings, weekends, the middle of a job. The person calling has a problem now, and the next name on the list answers on the first ring.

02

A missed call is rarely a callback

Most people do not leave a voicemail and most do not try twice. The lead is not lost slowly, it is lost in the thirty seconds nobody picked up.

03

Speed decides it, not quality

The business that responds first usually books the job, whether or not it is the best one. Follow-up that waits until someone has a free minute has already lost.

04

Your team is chasing instead of working

Confirmations, reminders, no-show recovery, review requests. Real hours, every week, spent on messages that should send themselves.

05

AI is one part of the build

A lot of what gets sold as AI is plumbing with a single model call in the middle. Knowing which steps need judgment and which need a rule is most of the work.

06

You own the result

The CRM, the phone number, the accounts and the documentation vest with you. We are the build partner and we keep nothing when an engagement ends.

Two different things get called AI.

They solve different problems.
Most businesses need both.

From first call to built and running.

The first step is free. The second
tells you exactly what the rest costs.

01

Discovery call.

Thirty minutes on how your business actually runs. You get a straight read on whether automation is worth it for you, and no pitch if it is not.

Free
02

AI Opportunity Audit.

We go through your operation properly and come back within five business days with a written map: where the hours are going, what to automate first, and what each piece takes to build. The fee comes off the build if you go ahead.

03

AI Concierge.

We stay on and build in passes, so the system grows with the business instead of arriving all at once and sitting unused.

04

Your AI build.

Custom built around how you work, inside accounts you own, documented and handed over with your team trained on it.

Custom

Everything we build lives in accounts you own, and vests with you on final payment.

Good to know.

Not sure where to start? Book a free discovery call.

Will it sound like a robot on the phone?
That is the first thing we test, and it is the reason we train the agent on your actual calls and your actual answers rather than a generic script. It introduces itself as an assistant, it does not pretend to be a person, and anything it cannot handle goes to a human instead of guessing.
What happens to calls it cannot handle?
They route to you. The agent has a defined job, usually answering common questions, qualifying and booking, and everything outside that job hands off with the context already captured so nobody starts the conversation over.
Do we need someone technical on our side?
No. If you have someone technical we will work with them directly. If you do not, we build it, document it and train whoever is going to own it day to day.
What does this run on?
Your CRM, your calendar and your phone number, wherever possible. Most of what slows a service business down is the gap between systems that already exist. Platform usage for things like AI voice minutes is billed to you directly at cost, so there is no markup buried in a retainer.
Where does our data go?
It stays in accounts you own. Everything we build vests with you on final payment, including the CRM sub-account, the phone number and the content. We are the build and management partner and we keep nothing when an engagement ends.
What does it cost?
The AI Opportunity Audit is $997, and it is the only fixed number because it is the same job every time. It lands within five business days of the call, and the fee comes off the build if you go ahead. What that build costs depends on what the audit finds, since a voice agent is a different job from rebuilding how leads move through your pipeline. You get a scoped number rather than a range, and the discovery call before the audit is free.
What if we do not move forward after the audit?
You keep the map. There is no refund, because the work is done either way, but nothing in it is locked to us. It is specific enough that another developer could build from it, and some of it you could do in-house without help.
What if AI is the wrong answer for part of this?
Then we say so. Plenty of what looks like an AI problem is a process problem, and a rule that runs the same way every time is worth more than a model that is right most of the time.
Is this separate from the marketing work you do?
It connects. We already build the sites and run the campaigns that generate the calls, so the automation gets wired into the same system rather than bolted onto the side of it.

Ten hours a week is a lot to keep paying for.
