I am Austin. I started Tusk in 2017 from a coffee shop on PCH, and I still run it as a studio of one. That is a choice, not a stage I am waiting to grow out of.
Before Tusk I was the one paying the invoice. I got passed between account managers, waited days for an answer anyone on the team could have given me, and read reports about impressions while the phone stayed quiet. Tusk is the opposite of that, deliberately.
Nearly a decade and 200+ projects later, the work is still mine end to end. You brief me, I design and build it, and I am the one on the call when we look at what it returned.
That span is the useful part. I have built for businesses taking their first enquiry online and for ones whose ad account carries the whole pipeline, so I am not fitting you to a package. I build toward the direction you are growing in, start with whatever is holding revenue back, and add the next piece when you are ready for it. If the honest answer is that something is not working, you will hear it from me first.
