I'm Austin. I started Tusk in 2017 from a coffee shop on PCH with one goal: build the kind of marketing partner I wished I'd had as a business owner. Real conversations, real video updates, and work that compounds over time.
I'd been burned by agencies that treated me like a ticket number, passed me between account managers, and reported on clicks instead of revenue. So I built the opposite: a studio where the people designing your site are the people you talk to, and the work is judged on what it actually returns.
